Limitations
The Great Migrations Wizard does not limit lines of code or numbers of files you can process; however, it does not allow customizing the translation or reporting processes beyond the few options offered on the wizard user interface. It uses only the default scripts and rules and it does not display any of the gmStudio forms typically used for developing custom upgrade solutions.
Wizard-Only License
gmStudio is available with a /wiki/spaces/GMG/pages/1574811 that restricts users to running the Wizard to produce default translations.
- The Lite Edition may be a good fit for organizations that want a quick, standard translation and detailed reports to help them expedite a more manual rewrite.
- The Lite Edition does not allow customizing translation rules or reporting rules except through the options offered on the Upgrade Wizard Project Settings page.
- The Lite Edition has a limited user interface: when running with Lite License, the gmStudio user interface is limited to the Upgrade Wizard form.
